Last week, our first graders had their animal research presentations! Over the last month they were working hard learning how to research, take notes, draft, edit/revise, and copy a final draft. They researched what their animals looks like, where it lives, what it eats, how it protects itself, and about their animal's babies. After all of their hard work they had a polished book and scientific watercolor painting to present to their family members! They did an incredible job!
